We showcase the bounty of fresh, local seafood from the West Coast we're lucky to call home.

Modern dining with heritage flare.

Our restaurant space celebrates a beautiful blend of rustic and contemporary ambiance, boasting high ceiling windows and soft Oarkbark brown leather booths for a comfortable dining experience. Natural wood accents, signature wall art from local artists and warm lighting will stimulate, calm and please all senses. Timeless classics are featured as well as contemporary, modern cuisine. Fishworks, located in a heritage building just up the hill from North Vancouver's revitalized waterfront.

Crafted to your taste.

Our bar is abundant with a variety of local wines, local beers and thoughtful list of cocktails. Wood panelling and stools made for staying create an intimate feel that will make you order another glass. There is always a room to prepare a custom drink for you. Tell us what you like, and we'll build a drink around it.

From the Pacific to the plate.

Our menu is built around West Coast seafood at its peak: wild salmon and lingcod from Pacific waters, oysters from local farms, sustainable mussels and clams shifted with the season. We blend timeless seafood traditions with contemporary technique and global accents, from Peruvian ceviche to Spanish paella to a proper New England chowder. The result is a menu that feels deeply West Coast and quietly worldly at the same time.

  • Well done Fishworks! We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious meal here in North Vancouver!

“ A very busy restaurant, but they were so kind to fit the 2 of us in with no reservation. The staff were so kind and smiling, you could tell they really cared about their restaurant. We will be back. A wonderful birthday memory!”

  • Pleasant restaurant nestled in the heart of lower Lonsdale, with exceptional service and a topical, delicious menu.

“Enjoyed the Dine Out Vancouver 3 course menu with Escargot, Octopus Gnocchi and dessert. Cozy, Pacific Northwest vibes with a harbour menu, locally sourced and absolutely delectable. Definitely worth checking out while you're in the area!”

  • Amazing seafood place and always one of my favourites!

“I had the Lingcod dish recently and it was very tasty and refreshing. The vegetable was crisp and the fish was cooked perfectly. The Paella and the Salmon Wellington are amazing too. I discovered that taking SeaBus from Waterfront Station is so much faster and easier. It's a must 10-12 minutes scenic ferry ride and you get to enjoy an amazing view of the mountains and Vancouver skyscrapers. The restaurant is only a block from the Quay Market.”
